Eric is currently competing in the Spanish National Championship (CEV) in the 125cc Grand Prix category.
CEV 2011 SEASON:
Race 1 - Jerez: 5th place (11 pts.)
Race 2 - Aragon: 9th place (7 pts.)
Race 3 - Catalunya: 4th place (13 pts.)
Race 4 - Albacete: 10th place (6 pts.)
Race 5 - Albacete: 6th place (10 pts.)
Race 6 - Valencia: 8th place (9 pts.)
Actual position in Championship: 5th place with 56 points and 1 race missing to the end, -1 pts from 4th, +1 from 6th and +3 from 7th.
2012 starting program
The Moto2 represents the middle Class of the most important Motorcycling World Championship.
The project spreads over a five years plan.
The GOAL is to grow the young Brazilian rider up until making his debut in the top class MotoGP.
According to the regulation the rider must be 16 y.o. to take part at the World Championship. Therefore Eric will start his 2012 season in the Spanish National Championship – Moto2 class (which allows riders from a minimum age of 15) until his 16th birthday. From June 10th 2012 he will be given the opportunity to start his challenge in the MotoGP World Championship - Moto2 Class taking part to all remaining races.
